Dbca Create Database In Silent Mode 19c Fails To Accept The variables (Doc ID 2683219.1)

Symptoms

While using variables with complete filename in creating a DB using DBCA, 19C fails to accept the variable.

For Example:

dbca -createDatabase -templateName
/data1/Oracle19.3/assistants/dbca/templates/New_Database_new.dbt -gdbName
test-silent -variables ORACLE_PATH=/data1/Oracle19.3/system01.dbf

[FATAL] [DBT-06001] 'Datafile location' cannot be empty.
