SQL Tuning Advisor Running DS_SVC Internal Recursive SQL Statements (Doc ID 2686026.1)

DS_SVC (dynamic sampling) internal queries are running as part of SQL Tuning Advisor(Auto/Manual) with default dynamic sampling level (OPTIMIZER_DYNAMIC_SAMPLING=2)
Following parameters are set but still the DS_SVC queries run from SQL tuning advisor.
- _optimizer_dsdir_usage_control=0
- _sql_plan_directive_mgmt_control=0
- optimizer_dynamic_sampling=0
- optimizer_adaptive_statistics=FALSE
- "_fix_control"='14191778:OFF'
- "_fix_control"='20636003:OFF'
Dropped all the directives from dba_sql_plan_directives.

Upgrade to 12.2 or higher.
