1. After installing 184.108.40.206.200414DBBP and running Datapatch reports errors attempting to rollback an old patch from PDB$SEED and other user PDBs:

Error at line 40: 398/13 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'RECLAIMTEMPSEGMENT' is declared
Error at line 44: 671/13 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'KCP_PLG_RECLAIM_SEGMENT' is
2. A query on PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS shows errors:
Call datapatch to reinstall 63003 ROLLBACK with status WITH ERRORS in the PDB.
3. The error persists even if we recompile the objects.
4. Note that the patch that Datapatch is pointing was installed before in a previous installed 220.127.116.11.180717DBBP
