How to remove ODM option from from 11g/12c before upgrading to 19c/after upgrade to 19c (Doc ID 2688418.1)

Goal is to remove ODM option from Oracle 19c.

If database upgraded to 19c it will show entry in PDB_PLUG_IN_VIOLATIONS

<PDB NAME> OPTION ERROR PENDING

Database option ODM mismatch: PDB installed version 11.2.0.4.0. CDB installed version NULL.
