Symptoms

After applying "WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.0.1.200414(64bit):30861472", Spatial applicatios raise errors indicating the SDO_GEOMETRY objects is missing.

select  MDSYS.SDO_UTIL.TO_WKTGEOMETRY(SDO_GEOMETRY(2001, NULL, SDO_POINT_TYPE(-79, 37, NULL), NULL, NULL))
 from dual;
ERROR:
ORA-04067: not executed, type body "MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY" does not exist
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY"
ORA-06512: at "MDSYS.SDO_UTIL", line 318
