SQL on DBLink Source May not Return Committed Record Which Is Inserted on DBLink Destination (Doc ID 2690134.1)

Symptoms

SQL on DBLink Source may not return committed record which is inserted on DBLink Destination

・SQL including fuction and using DB link
・Sample SQL for the issue

    Execute the sql on Destination side first and then on  Source side,
    make the interval as short as possible.

・SQL on DBLink Source maybe return null.
