DBV Reports Corruption Even After Drop/Recreate Object

***Checked for relevance on 03-Nov-2014***
- Got ORA-1578 and/or ORA-600 in alert log
- Identified the object and the file name owning this corrupt block
- Ran DBV on the file and it reports corrupt blocks.
- Dropped the segment.
- Ran DBV on the datafile again and the errors are reported on the same blocks.
