Symptoms
When performing a delete on a table that has context index using SMALL_R_ROW preference, enq:row lock contention is seen on CTXSYS.SYNCRN.
The blocking session will show the following SQL statement as the source of the blocking: begin ctxsys.syncrn(:idxownid, :idxoname, :idxid, :ixpid, :rtabnm, :flg, :smallr); end;
