Wait Time for Log File Sync Increases on RAC (Doc ID 2698757.1)

COMMIT operation may slow down on RAC env.
Server processes wait for "log file sync" even though LGWR and LGnn processes works fine.

When this problem reproduces, long wait time for "redo write broadcast ack time" appears in AWR report or Statspack Snapshot.

This problem may happen on only RAC env.
