Symptoms
12.2.0.1 through 19.7 version, Clusterware consistent memory growth with no shrinks for the OHASD orarootagent.bin process. The rate of growth is approximately 900k per hour but may fluctuate. RSS Memory growth can be observed on AIX using the "ps v <orarootagent.bin pid>" command, on other platforms "ps -p <orarootagent.bin pid>" may be used. Below output is from ps v on AIX:
