Goal

getcrshome file is missing from gateways 19c installation

After install gateways 19c when trying to register the gateways listener with grid restart from grid home:

srvctl add listener -l LISTENER_TG -p TCP:<port> -o /oracle/gateways/19.3.0

It is failing with:

PRCT-1011: Failed to run srvctl. Detailed error: #@=result[0]: version={19.0.0.0.0}
/oracle/gateways/19.3.0/bin/srvctl: line 259: /oracle/gateways/19.3.0/srvm/admin/getcrshome: No such file or directory.
