Symptoms
On 19.3 or 19.6 Windows RAC, 127.0.0.1 UDP port consumed by oracle.exe keeps increasing after executed expdp.exe successfully on that node.
From the output of "netstat -ano" command, entries as below appear. In this case, 40196 is the PID of oracle.exe.
Changes
Executed expdp.exe on 19.3 or 19.6 RAC.
