On BDA 5.1 bdacheckcluster Raises "Required package mammoth is not valid" on 4.14 Source File (Doc ID 2705507.1)

Symptoms

On BDA 5.1, bdacheckcluster, raises an error about a BDA 4.14 file not being the file required by Mammoth.  Errors can look like below.

<HOSTNAME1>: ERROR: Required package mammoth is not valid: .......T. <PATH_TO_PROBLEM_FILE>/<FILE1>

Using the file addspark2.erb as an example, output looks like:

<HOSTNAME1>: ERROR: Required package mammoth is not valid: .......T. /opt/oracle/bda/mammoth-4.14.0/puppet/modules/hadoop/templates/addspark2.erb

Note: The file the error is raised for is a file that has been modified from the original. Restoring the original file may resolve the error.  If it does not, continue with the steps below.
