Autobackup of controlfile is failing with ORA-7445 [PC:0x0] [SIGSEGV] with Veritas ODM 7.4.1.1900 (Doc ID 2708665.1)

RMAN Backup is failing with the following errors, while taking autobackup of Controlfile:

Veritas (7.4.1.1900) ODM was enabled

As per the below Doc : https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/doc/112632971-112632974-1 it shows 19c is supported for Veritas 7.4.1.1900, but that the following is required.

“Requires Oracle patch 30404521 when SF ODM is used with Oracle 19c.”

Also it requires some Veritas patches to be installed as well as below:

BUG 29961729 - LNX-194 DBCA ODM ORA-600 KZSRBACKUPPWDFILE DB OR RAC

Fix has been superseded by Bug 30671813 - RTI 22407631 : ORA-19504: FAILED TO CREATE FILE "XX"

BUG 30345432 - LNX-194 DBCA CDB RAC ODM ORA-17500 KSFDOPN INVALID ARG

Merge was requested using - BUG 30404521 - MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 19.0.0.0.0 FOR BUGS 29961729 30345432

All the Fixes which are needed to be applied but the issue still persists.
