Goldengate Workload Fails With RAT - OERR 26945 (Doc ID 2709322.1)

Issue is Similar to the Bug 25987445.

ct applied patch 30117571 which is supposed to fix Bug 25987445.

But the replay divergence report still shows OGG failing with this error. This is limiting the usefulness of replay for this environment as that in turn means that the ODI jobs get a different amount of data / missing data.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.0.1 version, Exa-Real Application Testing

25987445 IN RAT REPLAY INSERT /*+RESTRICT_ALL_REF_CONS */ FAILS ORA-26945
