Symptoms

Observed high CPU utilization on one of the node out of 4 node cluster. 

AWR Report shows abnormal behavior 

Host CPU

CPUs   Cores    Sockets    Load Average Begin     Load Average End    %User     %System     %WIO     %Idle
32         32           4            2.4E+03                      2.4E+03               5.0              1.8           93.1      93.1     >>> High %WIO and load average is huge.
