bdachecksw or bdacheckcluster raise errors like below on one or more hosts:

Sorry, user root is not allowed to execute '/usr/java/default/bin/jps' as yarn on <HOSTNAME>.
ERROR: Node Manager is not running on host <HOSTNAME>

However checking in Cloudera Manager shows that the Node Manager is running and fully healthy.
