ORA-0600 When Opening PDB (Doc ID 2712070.1)

Symptoms

Cloned the container database 19.7 to a different server using rman duplicate command and were able to connect and work fine.

But the clone process created the PDB with the same name as original source and we decided to change the PDB name following instructions from doc ID: 2439885.1. As a last step of instruction when we try open the PDB, the CDB itself crashes.
Alert log has following errors:
