Symptoms

Enabling MIT Kerberos with "bdacli enable kerberos" on BDA 5.1/CDH 6.2.1/OL7, fails with:

Error [3958]: (//<HOSTNAME1>//Stage[main]/Bdm::Setupkerberosbdm/Exec[setupkerberos_bdm]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed:
/opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/setupkerberosbdm.sh &>
/opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/setupkerberosbdm_<EPOCH_TIMESTAMP>.out returned 1 instead of one of [0]
************************************

/opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/setupkerberosbdm_<EPOCH_TIMESTAMP>.out shows a failure with the /opt/oracle/bigdatamanager/usr/bin/bigdatamanager-setup.sh script at line 390 because the keytool command is not found.

Output looks like:

/opt/oracle/bigdatamanager/usr/bin/bigdatamanager-setup.sh: line 390:
keytool: command not found
