Cell patching on cell node-8 is failing with the below error

Environment Details:

-> ORACLE SERVER X8-2
- > Current Exadata Image: 19.2.3.0.0

-> Target Exadata Version: 19.3.7.0.0.200428

Its ZDLRA non rolling event

During the cell patching of the cell node-8 it failed when trying to make ext4 filesystem on /dev/md24p6 and /dev/md24p8
