Symptoms

Getting the below Errors while trying to Add the 12c DB in Failsafe

FS-10605: Oracle Net listener Fslxxxxxxx created
FS-10381: <Node Name> : Creating the resource information for resource <DB Name>
FS-10426: Adding the database resource <DB Name> to group <FS group Name>
FS-10382: <Node Name> : Bringing resource Fslxxxxxxx online
FS-10382: <Node Name> : Bringing resource <DB Name> online
FS-10726: Resource <DB Name> is in a failed state
FS-10012: Failed to bring the cluster resource <DB Name> online. Check the Windows event log for messages
FS-10782: The Oracle Database resource provider failed to bring resource <DB Name> online
FS-10890: Oracle Fail Safe failed during the add operation
FS-10497: Starting clusterwide rollback of the operation
FS-10488: <Node Name> : Starting rollback of operation
FS-10383: <Node Name> : Bringing the resource <DB Name> offline
FS-10350: Starting database <DB Name>
FS-10600: Oracle Net configuration file updated: D:\<path>tnsnames.ora
FS-10383: <Node Name> : Bringing the resource Fslxxxxxxx offline
FS-10627: Deleted Windows service OracleOraDB12Home1TNSListenerFslxxxxxxx FS-10600: Oracle Net configuration file updated: D:\<path>listener.ora
FS-10489: <Node Name> : Completed rollback of operation
FS-10495: Clusterwide rollback of the operation has been completed
The clusterwide operation failed.
