From 10g onwards the time shown in TIMESTAMP and LOGOFF_TIME columns are in different time zones for all the audit views which have the timestamp column like DBA_AUDIT_TRAIL, DBA_AUDIT_SESSION, DBA_AUDIT_STATEMENT, DBA_AUDIT_EXISTS. etc.. The same applies to the USER_ and ALL_ audit views also.
