Symptoms

After upgrading the database from 12c to 19c (or 18c), views SYS.DV$CONFIGURATION_AUDIT and SYS.DV$ENFORCEMENT_AUDIT got invalid.
They are the only 2 invalid objects owned by SYS.

Note: Unified Auditing(pure mode), Database Vault and Oracle Label Security are not enabled

Changes

Database upgrade from 12c to 19c.


Note: This issue has been also reported after upgrading from 12c to 18c.
