Ndb_import Fails To Import Data Due To a Syntax Error (Doc ID 2720259.1)

Symptoms

 When importing a CSV file in Windows style new line format, which has a carriage return character (\r) before a line feed character (\n) on each line, using ndb_import command, an error like below may happen:
