Symptoms

Trying to run a Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) seems to be hanging after this point:

The following required X11 packages are installed.

libICE
libSM
libXt
libXmu
xorg-x11-xauth

The /etc/ssh/sshd_config file has "X11Forwarding yes" set and it is not commented ( # ).

Connection is being made via SSH or PuTTY as one user (for example, ssh -l root -X mynode_01) then running su to switch to another user (for example, su - oracle).

If using a tool such as PuTTY, X11 Forwarding has been enabled in the tool as well.
