Purpose

Adobe has announced the end-of-life (EOL) for Adobe Flash.
This note describes the Adobe Flash EOL impact on Oracle Database Enterprise Manager Express.

Scope

EM Express was originally written using Adobe Flash in Oracle Database 12.1.
EM Express was rewritten to use Oracle JET technology in Oracle database 19c.
