Symptoms

On : Oracle Database Appliance X8-2HA 19.8.0.0.0 Bare Metal

Create/Delete database on ODA X8-2HA

The error encountered is as below :

Database Service creation failed with :

ERROR
-----------------------
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Fail to run command Failed to create FileGroupDAT<dbname> on DiskGroupDATA.




STEPS
-----------------------
1- Create ACFS database with name.
2- Delete database
3- Create database with same name fails



Unable to recreate databases with same name after applying workaround by deleting entries from derby database.
