Symptoms
Running an impdp job in 18c or higher, following errors are encountered when loading SCHEMA_EXPORT/PROCEDURE/PROCEDURE:
- The errors ORA-402X are intermittent. The diagnostics show that the following grant statement is executed:
GRANT EXECUTE ON DBMS_AQADM TO "SYSTEM" WITH GRANT OPTION
but this is failing with the 4021 timeout error as impdp is trying to pin the librarycache handle in exclusive mode but another session has the package pinned in share mode.
