Symptoms

ORA-7445 - INSERTION INTO A TABLE WITH DEFAULT VALUE FOR XMLTYPE
This particular Table has XMLType Column with default value defined for it.

When trying to insert record into this table (omitting the XMLType column), the
default value is expected to get inserted, and insert throws ora-3113.
