Symptoms

When attempting to run utlrp.sql script, the error ORA-600 [ktuchg bad xcb] or ORA-600 [koctxin700] is reported for one of the following statements:

insert into "SYS"."KOTAD$" (SYS_NC_OID$, SYS_NC_ROWINFO$) values(:1, :2 )
- or -
ALTER PACKAGE "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<PACKAGE_NAME>" COMPILE SPECIFICATION REUSE SETTINGS;
