-- gv$encrypted_tablespaces only shows record for the apply instance of physical standby database

-- RAC primary + RAC physical standby.

-- On primary db, created a encrypt tablespaces.

-- On primary db, gv$encrypted_tablespaces shows records for both 2 instances.

-- On standby db, gv$encrypted_tablespaces ONLY shows record for inst1 which is the apply instance in dataguard, why?

--  If we open both 2 standby instances to read only mode, then gv$encrypted_tablespaces can show records for both instances.
