dba_registry shows SDO as LOADING and DBA_INDEXES has spatial indexes DOMIDX_STATUS=IDXTYPE_INVLD
Upgraded our prod database to 19.8.0.0.0 from 19.3 All spatial indexes created prior to upgrade as STATUS='INVALID' in the DBA_OBJECTS view, and in the DBA_INDEXES STATUS='VALID' and DOMIDX_STATUS='IDXTYP_INVLD'. In the ALL_SDO_INDEX_METADATA & ALL_SDO_INDEX_INFO view, SDO_INDEX_STATUS=VALID for these same indexes, Can run spatial queries for these tables so it looks like spaital indexes are valid. In the DBA_REGISTRY, comp_id SDO has a status='LOADING' and modified ='17-OCT-2020'. Need to validate the invalid part of the spatial index.
