Symptoms

We cannot register database to the ODA repository that have been migrated to the ODA.
Therefore we cannot manage the database using ODACLI commands

[root@,, ~]#odacli register-database --dbclass OLTP --dbshape odb2
--dbtype SI --servicename "XXXXX" --syspassword

Password for SYS:
DCS-10045:Validation error encountered: test: ezconnect failed
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Unable to connect to the databaseERROR:
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist

Changes

Attempting to register a database using dcs  

   odacli register -database      command

Second port specified for the database having the problem

[+ASM1] lsnrctl status
