Symptoms

On : 19.6.0.0.0 version, RDBMS
Partition exchange fails with following error message:

Error:

ORA-14097: column type or size mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE PARTITION

All usual documented checks show no mismatch or cause for error.
