Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION

Customer's Informatica account was getting locked frequently after upgrading to 19c. 

Customer did not see any failed login attempts in the audit trail so they could not explain the reason for the locked accounts.

The ALTER USER commands executed from SQL*Plus showed in the AUDIT TRAIL.
