12.2/18c/19c targetless duplicate connecting to Catalog (Catalog can be normal Catalog or ZDLRA )
Duplicate fails on the Startup after the datafiles are recovered and its trying to reset db name
Alert log has no information about the Error or the startup after the failure
Duplicate Fails with RMAN-04006 and ORA-03113
Unified Auditing may or mayn't be enabled
