LMHB And GCR1 Creating Very Large Trace Files (Doc ID 2730885.1)

Created new databases on ODA (Oracle Database Appliance) and identified *lmhb* and *gcr* trace files are getting huge.

For example, xxxxx_lmhb_23456.trc file in size of ~850 MB and xxxxx_gcr1_12345.trc file in size of ~1 GB

Trace files were created at database instance startup and they are slowly growing.
