ERROR:MEB does not have enough memory to handle the changed pages (Doc ID 2739195.1)

Symptoms

When trying to take an incremental backup with MEB >= 8.0.18 using page tracking feature, it fails with the follow messages:

  

ERROR: MEB does not have enough memory to handle the changed pages. Use "--incremental=full-scan" option for this incremental backup. File size: <########> bytes, buffer size <########> bytes.
ERROR: MEB cannot use page tracking for this incremental backup.
mysqlbackup exit code: 24, Page Tracker Error

 mysqlbackup component has been installed and page tracking has been started up with the follow commands:
