Exadata - exachk recommended 'uptrack-install --all -y' fails with 'Ksplice was unable to install the update' (Doc ID 2739602.1)

Symptoms

Exachk reports a ksplice error for compute nodes or cell nodes after an upgrade to Exadata image version 20.1.4.

The recommended fix (uptrack-install --all -y) from the exchk*.html report (Details > View) fails with 'Ksplice was unable to install the update'.

Upgrade to Exadata image version 20.1.4.
