Symptoms

While performing the steps from Doc ID 2580629.1, for step 2. "Create the CDB", the following error is generated:

at oracle.sysman.assistants.dbca.backend.PlugDatabaseStep.executeImpl(PlugDatabaseStep.java:342)
at oracle.sysman.assistants.util.step.BasicStep.execute(BasicStep.java:310)
