MMON Slave Process Executing SQL ID '4kvhga64b6wah' with High CPU Utilization

Symptoms
- Queries submitted by a slave process of the MMON background process consume high CPU utilization. While similar in syntax, the query with SQL ID '4kvhga64b6wah' tends to require more CPU time than that with SQL ID '0vcs754gpmxrc'
- As seen in a sample AWR Report, together, the two queries are responsible for approximately 33.6 percent of all CPU Time. Each has yet to complete a single execution:
