Symptoms
- In a multitenant environment, the SQL queries executed from a Pluggable Database (PDB) those of which refers to the oracle-supplied data dictionary views such as : DBA/USER/ALL_ARGUMENTS, DBA/USER/ALL_VIEWS, DBA/USER/ALL_PROCEDURES etc. are running slower
- Whereas in Normal Non-CDB database, the execution of these query are faster
