On 13.2.0.0.0 version of OEM
EM DB Pages show error and some pages are empty:
1) Click Perfoamnce --> Performance Home, all panels are empty
2) Click Instance Activity button inside the Performance Home page, then all panels are empty
Click All within the Instance Activity page, get the error "Error java.lang.NullPointerException"
