Standby Alert log doesn't show RESIZE message in the Alert log (Doc ID 2746816.1)

Symptoms

Upon primary datafile the same REDO applied on standby and standby datafiles also gets resized automatically. The resize generally shown in the alert log.

Standby Alert log,

Wed Jan 13 08:13:27 2021
Resize operation completed for file# 200, old size 19202048K, new size 19267584K
Resize operation completed for file# 204, old size 19136512K, new size 19202048K
........
Resize operation completed for file# 204, old size 19267584K, new size 19333120K
Resize operation completed for file# 205, old size 19267584K, new size 19333120K
Resize operation completed for file# 200, old size 19398656K, new size 19464192K

The Resize happened on standby but alert log doesn't show the message.
