Symptoms

 Patching using opatchauto fails with the below error

Command failed: <GI_HOME>/OPatch/opatchauto apply <PATCH_LOCATION> -oh <GI_HOME> -target_type cluster -binary -invPtrLoc <GI_HOME>/oraInst.loc -jre <GI_HOME>/OPatch/jre -persistresult <GI_HOME>/opatchautocfg/db/sessioninfo/sessionresult_<HOST>_crs_2.ser -analyzedresult <GI_HOME>/opatchautocfg/db/sessioninfo/sessionresult_analyze_<HOST>_crs_2.ser
Command failure output:
