Symptoms


ORA-1002 occurrs on 1st dequeue attempt after commit/End/Detach of previous dequeue/s transaction, in XA transaction environment.

When a queue shard is reported as UNCACHED in gv$aq_message_cache, the ORA-1002 appears.
