Symptoms

When attempting to run opatchauto analyze, the following error occurs.

ERROR

OPATCHAUTO-72050: System instance creation failed.
OPATCHAUTO-72050: Failed while retrieving system information.
OPATCHAUTO-72050: Please check log file for more details.
