Symptoms

Streams Propagation stopped intermittently with error "ORA-25333: Buffered Queue To Queue Propagation Did Not Connect".

ORA-25333: Buffered Queue to Queue propagation did not connect to the correct instance
ORA-02063: preceding line from xxx

ORA-25333: Buffered Queue to Queue propagation did not connect to the correct instance

Changes

Apply process was created when database was running as standalone/single instance (cluster_database=false), then later database was converted into RAC or RAC One (cluster_database=true).
