DB reporting ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkqjpdpvpd()+964] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x10] [PC:0x3DE50F4] [Address not mapped to object] [] errors.

Changes

optimizer_features_enable was not set to default value.

It was set to 19.1.0.1.
