Symptoms

After Oracle 19C Grid silent installation, configureASM fails

Configuring ASM failed.
Configuring HA resource failed.
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.asm
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.asm start" encountered the following error:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "<GI_BASE>/diag/crs/<HOSTNAME>/crs/trace/ohasd_oraagent_oracle.trc".
